Unable to Load Console
If you are prompted by this error, follow the steps below.
If the recorder is online in OWS
- If the recorder is not up to date, Update Your Server Software.
- If an update does not resolve your issue, contact technical support for further assistance. https://www.openeye.net/support/contact
If the recorder is not online in OWS
- Perform a power Drain. Follow the guide here to perform a power drain: How to Perform a Power Drain
- Upgrade recorder with recovery USB.
- Creating an Apex Server Software Recovery Drive
- USB Apex Recovery Instructions Note: Select the Upgrade option in step 6.
