Update Your Server Software

Updates can be performed via the OpenEye Web Services cloud portal, web client, manually via selected files, or manually via custom URLs.

Users must have the permissions enabled for their user group under Recorder Permissions for manual software updates. See more details here.

The Limited Release version of the server software includes the latest features and capabilities of the OWS platform. To check the Limited Release version for an account, follow the instructions here.

NOTE: Recorders not registered to OWS cannot install server software updates.
