Software Status Reports

The Software Status Report is a default report that lists detailed information on the current software versions installed on recording devices.
View Device Status and Update History

Go to Reports and click View View button.png on the Software Status (Default).

The Device Status tab displays information about installed software versions:

The Update History tab displays information about about previous software update activity across devices:

Export

Click Export Export Button.png to downloaded the Device Status or Update History as a .csv file to your local machine.

Edit Software Status Report

Click Edit Edit button.png on the Software Status (Default).

Adding Users to a Report
  1. Click Users/Notifications on the left-hand menu.
  2. If desired, select the checkbox to Enable Email Reminder Notifications, and do the following:
    • Enter time of day to send the email.
    • Select how frequently to send from the dropdown menu.
    • Enter the day of every month to send the email.
  3. Click Add User or Add Group.
  4. Check the box next to each User or Group intended to access this report.
  5. Click Add when finished.

NOTE: Adding Users to a report automatically grants them permission to view reports for cameras and recorders they have access to based on their User Group permissions.

  1. Check the box under Email Alert for each user or group intended to receive the email reminder notification.
General Info

Edit Report Name and Description, and click Save, or Delete Report.

NOTE: After configuring a report, you can click View Report Quick Links View Report.png from the left-side menu to go directly to the report.
