OpenEye Web Services (OWS) Error Messages
End Users may receive error messages in OpenEye Web Services. Use the reference below for further explanation as to the cause of the error when troubleshooting.

| You do not have sufficient storage to save this clip. | Appears when a user attempts to save/promote an alert video clip but their account has exceeded storage quota limits. |
| This user does not have permission to use this option. | Shown when a user attempts an action that they lack permissions for within alert group configuration or management. |
| Alert rule was not successfully updated. | Triggered when saving changes to an alert rule/group fails due to validation errors or server communication problems. |
| Could not add Audio Device. Please try again. | Occurs when adding an audio device to a Cloud Camera fails because device info is missing, credentials aren’t verified, or server connection fails. |
| Unable to display updated device list. Please manually reload the page. | Appears after adding/removing audio devices when the UI cannot refresh the device list due to API errors. |
| Model already exists. | Triggered when an administrator tries to add a camera model to the audio-only whitelist that already exists. |
| Could not remove Audio Device. Please try again. | Occurs when attempting to remove an audio-only device association fails due to backend or permission issues. |
