How Do I Convert a Guest User to a Full Account?

Any user that was first added as a guest can be converted to a full account user.

Edit the Guest User Account

To edit a guest user account:

  1. Go to Management > User Management > Users.

  1. Click Edit Edit button.png next to a user that has a Guest Account Type in the Users list.

  1. Click Make Full User.

  1. Click Save.

The user can now be added to user groups and have the same permissions as the group.
