This API returns the CIDR blocks for all of the Relay Services used by OWS grouped by region
The IPs returned are static only for the primary US relay services. The others all can and will change periodically. This API immediately detects and returns the correct IP addresses at all times. This useful when working with Firewalls that do not accept wildcards.
