Legacy Default Camera Password and Default Password Change Requirements as of 2020

Note: OpenEye cameras with 2020 or newer firmware no longer have the default password "1234." Since they do not ship with a password, it is required to set a password.

OpenEye cameras shipped prior to 2020 will have a default password of "1234". If shipped after 2020, OpenEye cameras will not have a default password. The OpenEye cameras will need to be configured either through a recorders plug and play or manually.
