Configuring Apex to receive notifications from the Call button on Hanwha Intercoms
Apex is able to receive notifications from the Call button on Hanwha Intercoms as a Sensor event.
Enabling Sensors for the Hanwha Intercom
To generate events, make sure that the recorder sensors and relays are enabled for the Hanwha Intercom:
- Click Setup
> General Configuration > Sensor / Relay. - Check on the TID-600R in the Sensors tab.
NOTE: Both Sensors for the TID-600R (1/2 and 2/2) need to be checked.
