Mapping Analytics Types to Cameras
After configuring your Analytics system to send events to OpenEye Web Services according to the OpenEye Web Services Event API document, your Analytics system will connect to OpenEye Web Services and add any attached cameras. If these are not automatically populated, contact your Analytics company.
- Open Manage Integrations > Event Receiver API (Analytics).
- Select Source / Camera Mapping.
- Expand the selection by clicking the down arrow next to the Source you would like to map a camera to.
- Click Add Camera and select the camera you would like to show up in alerts that are generated by this Source.
NOTE: If multiple cameras are selected in the previous step, only the camera that is set as Primary will appear in alerts.
- Repeat the process for all other sources.
