Why is my Calendar Blank in Search?
When searching for footage, Apex will highlight the edge around the camera grid that is selected. This box is used to determine what camera will be exported and which camera’s footage will be used to populate the calendar.
Since each camera can record at different times, each camera has its calendar.
The following can cause the calendar to be blank:

If you do not have a camera selected.

If the camera selected does not have any footage.

Cameras intermittently dropping will cause blank spots in the calendar.

If the recorder is indexing after an update or reboot.
