How to Access Support Tools
Support Tools (Linux)
Support Tools are a set of utilities that allows users to complete setup or diagnostic tasks.
NOTE: Linux Support Tools are accessed in the Console locally; similar applications are installed in the Start Menu for Windows.
Note: Support tools is recommended to be used for only troubleshooting purposes.
Note: Support tools is only available on the Linux operating system and not available on Windows.
How to Access Support Tools

Navigate to Setup/Gear Icon.

Select Support Tools from the left-hand side menu.
- Select Launch Support Tools.
Note: To get back to the normal operating system, double click the Exit icon on the desktop.
