Why Do I Not See Any Recorders in my Mobile App?
OWS Permissions
Verify the user group has the correct permissions for mobile app use:
- Check to enable Mobile Applications at the bottom of the Client Access options.

Recorder is not Registered to OWS or is Registered to the Incorrect Customer Account
- Confirm the recorder is registered to the correct OWS account.
