Why Do I Not See Any Recorders in my Mobile App?

Verify the user group has the correct permissions for mobile app use:

  • Check to enable Mobile Applications at the bottom of the Client Access options.

Recorder is not Registered to OWS or is Registered to the Incorrect Customer Account
