How to Move a Recorder From One OWS Account to Another

  1. Sign into 

  2. Within the recorders customer account, navigate to Management > recorders > recorders. 

  3. Select EDIT on the recorder to access the recorder management options. 

  4. Select MOVE RECORDER near the bottom of the page within General Info

  5. From here, you can move the recorder from the current customer account to another.

Note: You can only transfer recorders between Customer Accounts. You cannot transfer recorders between Channel Partner accounts with this method.
