What Happens to my Apex and OWS Licenses When I Have an Advance Replacement RMA Setup?

With an advanced replacement RMA, it is standard procedure to transfer all licenses from replaced recorder to the new recorder during the building/shipping phase.

You should not have to request a license transfer during the Advanve Replacement RMA process.

If the recorder to be replaced is online, you will want to plan accordingly for this, as the old recorder will no longer have licenses once this switch is made.
