Shipping Address Change for RMA

When processing an RMA using our online RMA portal, The Ship To Address unfortunately is not able to be updated through our current RMA portal. 

If you need to update the Shipping address for your RMA, please contact OpenEye Technical Support by phone, email or chat.  Please ensure you include your RMA# and the updated shipping information available for your request. 

The easiest ways to contact our support team for updating this information are:

  • Alternative you can click email support from the RMA portal when confirming your shipping which will allow you to fill out a pre-generated email template using your email client.

  • Enter in the issue submission information and an agent will be with your shortly.
