What is the Partner Demo Program?
OpenEye's Partner Demo Program provides our certified partners with significantly discounted OpenEye hardware, including recorders, cameras, and accessories, along with complimentary OWS Plus licensing. Set up a demo system at your office or business to demonstrate OpenEye’s cloud-managed video solution firsthand to customers.
The Partner Demo Program enables you to deliver more engaging demonstrations to your customers, highlighting the benefits of OWS through live, hands-on presentations. You can also use the system to train your team, explore platform capabilities, and stay up to date with the latest feature innovations.
Service Details
- The Partner Demo Program is only available to certified OpenEye partners.
- OWS Plus licensing is renewed annually for the lifetime of the demo unit, ensuring uninterrupted access to the latest features and updates.
- Partners should consult their sales representative to confirm specific hardware availability.
- Partners should note that demo equipment is intended solely for use at a partner's office or place of business for demonstration purposes. It is not to be used for product samples. To request product samples, please contact your sales representative.
Steps to Order a Demo System
- Contact Your OpenEye Inside Sales Representative
Contact your OpenEye Inside Sales Representative to discuss your business needs, hardware and licensing requirements, and demo location. Please also provide details on OpenEye hardware you currently own. This information will help determine which recorder you’ll need to purchase. Additionally, if you are ordering cameras, be sure to discuss the mounting systems required for your setup.

Receive a Discounted Quote
Once your hardware and licensing requirements are determined, your inside sales representative will email you a discounted quote.

Place Your Order
When ready to place your order, email your Purchase Order (PO) to purchaseorders@openeye.com. Be sure to include a copy of the demo quote or clearly indicate in the email or PO that the order is for demo equipment.
For your PO to be processed, your email should include:
- A copy of your demo quote specifying products and quantities
- PO#
- Your shipping address
NOTE: For expedited shipping, specify the type (e.g., overnight, 2-day, 3-day) in the PO or email.
An email will be sent confirming your order has been submitted. An estimated shipping time will be provided (shown below in Shipping Timeline)

Shipping Timeline
Demo orders follow the same build and ship times as standard orders.
- Quick Ship: Ships in 1–2 business days (available in Quick Ship inventory).
- Recorders: Ships in 2–4 business days.
- Cameras/Accessories: Ships in 2–3 business days.
- Set Up Your Demo System and Activate Licenses
When your system arrives, contact your inside sales representative to activate your licenses. Let them know if you’ll need training or additional resources to help with setup.
