Our low-cost pre-configuration service guarantees that hardware is installation-ready right out of the box, eliminating the need for time-consuming on-site configuration.  

Service Details

The provided pre-configuration excel document must be completed with the specific information needed for OpenEye to configure the system. It includes an extensive list of configurable camera and recorder options and can be further customized to meet your needs.  

It is strongly recommended that the individual completing this form consults with their sales engineer to review the document. This will help avoid any confusion and ensure you receive the full benefits from the program. 

To ensure the highest level of accuracy and readiness, each pre-configured system undergoes a stringent quality control procedure. This means the system is fully prepared for a seamless installation experience, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.  

Pre-configuration is billed on a per-camera basis. There is no additional charge for the recorder if it is purchased along with cameras. However, if only a recorder is purchased, the fee will be equivalent to that of a single camera. 

Steps to Order Factory Pre-configuration

Reach out to your inside sale representative for the correct SKU and costs to be included in your quote. 

Our sales team will provide you with the Factory Pre-configuration excel document to fill out with your sales engineer. 

For those who submit PO independently, we recommend adding the step to consult with sales team to make sure the documents are submitted correctly you receive this with your orders.  

You will submit a purchase order with the pre-configuration excel document.
