The OWS Partner Dashboard provides Channel Partners real-time information to better support their customers while making it easier to access tools and resources.

Stay informed on exciting new products and features as well as critical issues and updates thanks to real-time updates within the OWS Partner Dashboard feed. Never miss a new partner tool that might make the job easier or new products and features that you can share with customers–giving you the ability to consistently deliver value.

The OWS Partner Dashboard updates provide need-to-know information in real-time, including:

  • New products, features and integrations
  • Known issues and platform maintenance
  • OpenEye Support or office closures

Beyond viewing OpenEye news and events, the dashboard provides easy access to resources and tools that help you support your customers and your team. These include manuals, software downloads, and links to the OpenEye Knowledge Base and Partner Training Portal, among others. The dashboard also highlights the most important updates for you to make sure you're getting the most out of the OWS platform, whether a newly-released fisheye camera or an updated reports training course.

Only available to Channel Partners, the dashboard is available once logged into OWS and can be revisited at any time by clicking the new Dashboard tab within the Management Portal.
