Submitting Feedback
We offer the ability to communicate with OpenEye on thoughts concerning your experiences with OpenEye products and services by using the Feedback form on OpenEye Web Services (OWS).
The Feedback form can be found in the top right-hand corner under the dropdown in Resources > Feedback.
On the Feedback form you can submit a:
- Product Improvement Idea
- Comment
- Bug Report
Please ensure that you complete the form by sharing your feedback, so that we can respond to your request. We take these Feedback submissions seriously and will respond within 72 hours of submission.
