Can You Login to an Ows Account if the Customer Account Is Disabled

The user will be unable to log in if their account is disabled. If they attempt to log in they will receive an invalid username or password error. 

The account will need to be re-enabled before the user will be able to use their OWS account again. This can be done from the Account Options section.
