Please use the below document when administrative changes, modifications, and/or disclosure of customer account settings are required in OpenEye Web Services (OWS).
The document must be signed and filled out with the specifics of the requested change to the Channel Partner or End User account. Please ensure you include:
- Specific Email addresses involved
- Names of End Users or Channel Partners affected
- Details of the change request
The signed document provides approval for OpenEye to make changes to Channel Partner or End User accounts.
