Authorization for Modification, Access, and Disclosure of Customer Account Settings and Data
Written consent is required when asking OpenEye to assist with any OWS account modifications, administrative changes, or to access customer information and data.
Examples for consent include:
- Enabling OpenEye Remote Support
- Adding a new account administrator
An OpenEye representative needs to initiate this process, which includes a DocuSign form sent out for signature. Please contact your sales engineer or salesengineers@openeye.net to begin the process.
NOTE: An authorized account user is required to sign the DocuSign forms.
