Windows 11 Update Process
Update Compatibility
To determine if your recorder has a compatible motherboard for a Windows 11 update, use the OWS Inventory Report found under Reports > Inventory Report > Recording Devices > Motherboard column.
Please contact technical support if the motherboard information for your device is not listed in the Inventory Report.

NOTE: If your recorder is not compatible for update to Windows 11, see additional information about Windows 10 End of Life.
Available Updates
If you have determined that your recorder is compatible, you will need to order the corresponding update:

NOTE: OpenEye Remote Workstations (OE-RWS4M-CS) that have a Compatible Motherboard and Windows 10 Pro license are eligible for update to Windows 11 Pro. For additional information, check Microsoft’s Ways to install Windows 11.
Submit purchase order with available update and associated device serial number to your account representative.
Ensure you provide a valid email address on the purchase order, as additional information and instructions for upgrading your device will be sent via email once your order has been processed.
