Gallagher Security Integration Instructions
Enable Gallagher Security
Go to Manage > Integrations in the End User Portal.
- Select Gallagher and click Next.
NOTE: If you do not see Gallagher in the list, contact your OpenEye Sales Representative.
- The Gallagher integration will be added and you will be taken to the General Settings page for the integration.
- Copy the Thumbprint.
- Open the Gallagher Configuration Client.
- Open Configure > Services & Workstations.
- Right click the white space and select New > REST Client.
- Name the REST Client as you wish then select API Key.
- Enter Thumbprint from step 3 above into the Client Certificate Thumbprint field.
- Copy the API Key and enter it into the API Key field in OWS.
- Select a REST Client Operator from the drop down menu.
- Click Enable REST Client check box.
- Click Apply.
- Click Connections.
- Click Allow connection via Gallagher API Gateway checkbox.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
- In OWS click RESYNC.
Mapping Gallagher Security Doors to Cameras
- Click Door / Camera Mapping to see a list of the doors synced from Gallagher.
- Select a Door.
- Click Add Camera.
- Select a Camera to be associated with events that are generated by the selected door.
Mapping Gallagher Security Divisions to Locations
- Select Location / Location Mapping to see a list of Divisions synced from Gallagher.
- Select a Division.
- Select a Location to be associated with events generated by the selected Division.
