Does My Hardware Support Visual Check?
Most likely. AI Visual Checks are compatible with most modern hardware, including current OpenEye Recorders, Cloud Cameras, IP Cameras and Third-Party Cameras.
Will Visual Check Work on Third-Party Devices?
Yes, AI Visual Check is camera agnostic and will work with third-party cameras that are compatible with OpenEye Web Services (OWS) recorders and cameras. As long as the third-party device is supported with the OWS Server Software, AI visual check is compatible.
How Long are My Visual Checks Stored in OWS?
Visual checks are stored in OWS for a duration of one year.
How Many Visual Checks Do I Get?
There is a total monthly allotment of credits per location for visual checks, depending on your license type, you will have a certain number of checks per month. One alert rule will cost 1 credit at its base and will go up in credits depending on the text, resolution, schedule, reference images, etc.
