How to Access Legacy Cameras that Require Internet Explorer

Certain legacy OpenEye and 3rd Party Cameras may require Internet Explorer to access the settings interface.
Support for Internet Explorer ended on June 15, 2022. However using the Edge browser you can still access a compatibility mode which may allow the setup access on the cameras.
After connecting to the camera directly either through Camera Link or ip address:
- Click the ‘…’ or 3 dots button in the top-right corner of the Edge browser and select Reload in Internet Explorer mode.
- You should now able to log in and connect to the camera.
- NOTE: After switching to Internet Explorer Mode, a prompt will display asking you to allow to open the page in Internet Explorer mode on your next visit. If not allowed, you will need to follow these steps each time.
