Loaner Units

OpenEye does not provide loaner units for RMAs or down time for repairs.

If a loaner unit is needed, that should be worked out between the channel partner and the end user.

It is our suggestion that for sites with critical video needs that they may want to explore this topic before a need arises.

Channel partners looking to purchase a loaner unit can work with their current sales rep or our inside sales team.
