Plate Recognizer and OpenEye Web Services (OWS)
The Plate Recognizer solution runs on a customer's local area network, installed on an OWS Windows recorder or third-party device. The Plate Recognizer software monitors IP camera RTSP streams to find license plate events and transmit those events to their cloud, which in turn transmits events to the OWS cloud. Within OWS the user is able to search and view detected license plate numbers or generate alerts, with plate snapshots, based on plate numbers matching or not matching user defined plate lists.
