Bold Group Integration Instructions

Configuring OpenEye Web Services (OWS) to Communicate with Bold Manitou

Follow these instructions to configure the cloud-to-cloud communication of OWS and Bold Manitou:

NOTE: Additional configuration within your Bold Manitou server is required for this integration. Please contact your Bold Manitou representative for assistance.

NOTE: Bold Group is currently in beta. 

Enable Bold Group in OWS
  1. From the Cloud Portal, select the Management tab.
  1. Choose Integrations from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click on Add New Integration.

  1. Choose Bold Group and click Next.

  1. Click the checkbox to enable the Enable Bold Group Integration.

  1. Click Alert Feed and enter the following values:

CSID field: Enter the Account ID that is created in Bold Manitou.

DealerID field: This will be an ID that will be mapped in the Bold Manitou DNIS record. This value can be whatever you wish, and will be used for all customer accounts sending events to your Bold Manitou server.

Username: The Username will be provided by your Bold Manitou representative.

Password: The Password will be provided by your Bold Manitou representative.

The configuration of Bold Manitou within OWS is now complete and you can create your Alert Rule.

NOTE: To complete the configuration on your Bold Manitou server you will need a Transmitter ID. That ID is the Location ID from OWS. To find that ID, refer to our Locations guide.
