How to Silence Individual Cameras From Generating Health Alerts
OpenEye Web Services has the ability to silence individual cameras from generating Health Alerts.
How to silence
- Navigate to Management > Recorders > Select a recorder > Cameras.
- Uncheck the option for Health Events for individual cameras. Doing this will stop all health-related events for that camera that would generate a health alert (like video loss and not recording).
Note: This is a manual process. If you want the camera to generate health alerts again you need to come back and enable the Health Events option.
