Hanwha PNM-9085RQZ unable to be discovered by Apex

Apex may be unable to discover or add certain Hanwha camera models, such as the PNM-9085RQZ. If this happens, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the camera in a web browser
  2. Navigate to Setup > HTTPS 
  3. Under Secure connection system change from HTTPS )Secure connection mode using a unique certificate) to HTTP (Do not use a secure connection)
  4. Save the settings and close the browser window

Once completed, Apex will be able to discover the camera and allow you to add it as normal
