How Much Time Can I Export or Archive from my Recorder?
There are several options to export footage, and they have different amounts of time that can be exported. The options include Console, OWS Web Client, Command Station, and in the Mobile App. The amount of footage that can be exported for each is as follows:
Console
- Export - 4 hours
- Archive - 24 hours
OWS Web Client
- Export - 4 hours
- Archive - 4 hours
NOTE: Cloud Camera archive exports have a maximum duration of 24 hours. If an archive export includes a combination of video from cloud cameras and video from recorders, the export will be limited to 4 hours.
Mobile
- Export - 4 hours
- No archive feature
Command Station
- Export - 4 hours
- Archive - 24 hours
