Updating the Firmware on the OE-C9912M20 Multisensor Camera

Update the Firmware

1. Download the firmware update from the product page or Product Support Downloads page on openeye.net.
2. Connect to the camera using Camera Link.
3. Go to Setup > System > Maintenance.
4. Under Firmware Update, click Choose a file and navigate to the firmware file you downloaded in Step 1.
5. Click Upload and then click OK to confirm that you want to upgrade the software.
6. The firmware update will take several minutes to complete.

Complete a Partial Camera Reset

1. Enter the camera credentials to log in.
2. Go to Setup > System > Maintenance.
3. Under Firmware Update, click Reset to Default and then click OK to confirm that you want to reset the camera.

NOTE: The camera password and network settings will remain unchanged. All other camera settings will be reset to factory default settings.
