Sentinel and OpenEye Web Services
OpenEye Web Services (OWS) establishes a one-way, cloud-to-cloud link to Sentinel, transmitting alarm event data and video from OpenEye recorders directly into the Sentinel monitoring platform. When an alarm is triggered, event data travels from the OpenEye recorder through OWS to Sentinel, where monitoring center operators can immediately access live and recorded video to verify the event and determine the appropriate response, all without leaving the Sentinel platform.
