Warranty Order Application Terms and Conditions
Warranty Order Application Terms and Conditions
This agreement is required and streamlines the application process for both In-Warranty Part Replacements and Advance Replacement Orders, removing the need to complete a separate Warranty Order Application during the agreement period.
The following terms govern advance replacement policies, such as credit, granted to the below-named applicant (“Applicant”) by OpenEye, Inc. (“OpenEye”).
The Applicant shall:
Return defective products within thirty (30) days of shipment of the advance replacement unit. OpenEye will include a return shipping label with the replacement unit. The applicant must ship the defective unit back upon receipt. Should applicant fail to return the defective unit within thirty (30) days of shipment of the replacement, OpenEye shall invoice the current MSRP of the replacement unit and submit to applicant.
Non-warrantable or functional returns
- If the returned unit is found to be in working condition or has sustained non-warrantable damage, the Applicant will be notified and invoiced for the shipping cost of both units, along with any applicable replacement parts and service charges at then-current prices.
- Examples of non-warrantable damage include, but are not limited to: physical damage, electrical stress, water damage, and unauthorized modification or tampering.
The Applicant agrees to pay all applicable charges associated with warranty orders placed with OpenEye.
These terms and conditions apply to all Applicant warranty orders unless an individual order application form is completed, in which case the individual order application will supersede this agreement.
ALL DATA ON RETURNED DIGITAL RECORDERS WILL BE DELETED UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED IN WRITING.
Amendments and Cancellation
OpenEye may, at its sole discretion, update these terms and conditions. In such cases, the applicant will be required to agree in writing to the revised terms. OpenEye reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, after which the Applicant must complete individual order forms for subsequent warranty requests.
