What Happens if I Sent my Recorder in Without Completing RMA Paperwork

If you have sent in a unit for repair but you have not signed the RMA agreement, repairs will not begin until the agreement is signed.
If the RMA Agreement is not signed within 30 days of the item having been received, the item will be returned to the address on file in its original state.
