Credit Return RMAs
Credit Return
Eligible products may be returned for credit. Please complete our Credit Return Form to start the process. A confirmation, instructions. and RMA number will then be provided to you.
- Parts returned within 45 days qualify for full credit.
- Parts returned between 46–90 days qualify for credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Products must be new and in resalable condition to qualify for credit, regardless of the purchase date.

Disclaimer: All items must be new, sealed, and in resalable condition or they will not be eligible for credit. Returned items that do not follow this criteria will be returned without warning. Inquiries regarding faulty equipment should be made to support@openeye.net for RMA replacement/repair.
