OpenEye and Bold Group deliver an integrated security solution, enabling transmission of security event alerts to the Manitou and Stages platforms through a secure cloud-to-cloud integration.
OpenEye Web Services (OWS) establishes a secure cloud-to-cloud connection with Bold Group to provide quick access to video from OpenEye recording devices. This integration enables alerts in Bold Group to automatically link to relevant video from OWS, helping monitoring center operators visually verify incidents and improve response accuracy.
OpenEye integrates with the Bold Groups Manitou platform, and their enterprise monitoring platform, Stages.
What you get

NOTE: The Bold Group integration supports multitenant accounts, allowing monitoring centers to distinguish and manage events from multiple accounts under a channel partner. This functionality is not available with the existing Bold Manitou (Legacy) integration.
